Dear Sharbell,
We recently sold our home in Sharps Farm. I had to take a moment of your time to say what a wonderful home you built us. We really miss that house. The attention that your superintendent (Charlie) gave to our home was unmatched. I worked for a large builder in NJ and have recently transfered to North Carolina (that is the only reason we sold our home).
While I was working in NJ I couldn't help but notice that the homes that we were selling for three (3) times what we paid for our home fell short in quality. You built us a house that we made into one fine home. I brought my two new borns into that home and raised them for eight (8) years in total and absolute comfort. I even had our loyal and beloved pet put to rest within the comfort of that home.
We take with us the wonderful memories of a home that was put together with care from the start and made certain to sell it to another family with two (2) small children in order that someone like us would have the same benefits that we enjoyed.
